Established in 2002, Hubei Amethyst Garments specializes in designing, producing and selling underwear. We have been engaged in this field for over 13 years, thus we have accumulated profound industry experience and established a whole quality control system. Apart from producing various lingerie, bra and panty sets in-house, we are also capable of designing and manufacturing all kinds of swimwear and sleepwear, which makes us one of the leaders in current markets. Furthermore, our products are lead-, Azo- and nickel-free, with that we meet the European and American standards.
Operating in Two Locations
Headquartered in Shenzhen, we operate in two locations, one is in Shenzhen City and the other one is in Huangshi City, Hubei Province. Our Hubei factory covers an area of 3,600 square meters, manned by 300 employees who operate advanced machines and modern production lines from Japan and perform stringent inspection systems.
Samples Ready in Seven to 10 Days
Our wide range of underwear is made of different materials such as nylon, spandex and cotton, or let our professional design team customize samples for you. We also have seasoned R&D engineers with an average of five years' experience to serve you for ODM projects. Based on your specifications, we only need seven to 10 days to roll out a new design sample for you. Our output is 200,000 pieces monthly, enough to fill your volume orders.
Meeting Various Standards
We are BSCI, ICS and ISO9001:2008-verified supplier to ensure both social reasonability and quality are meet customer's requirements. We also have obtained ECO certificate in 2016 which is more stringent than Oeko-Tex standard 100.
